She’s gotten amazing stuff this year, though. Much more than she’s ever gotten. The storyline at the beginning of the season when she was working through really discovering herself again, this new Yale storyline, and now tomorrow’s storyline.
I had high hopes for Quinn at the beginning of the season, but I don’t feel like they handled her storyline well at all. I thought that brushing off all of Quinn’s toxic decisions as her just ‘going through a crazy phase’ was lazy, ignorant, and insulting. It seems like Quinn is in a good place now, but in light of these recent spoilers, I fear that security could be compromised yet again. I might be wrong (I hope I am), but judging from Glee’s track record, I don’t know…
You’re right. At least Dianna was fortunate enough to get material to work with, unlike Jenna Ushkowitz. I feel awful for Jenna! Tina is nothing but a prop to the other characters.
I don’t think I have ever been as disappointed with the mistreatment of two characters as Quinn Fabray and Tina Cohen-Chang. :(
Sorry for that mini rant. Glee makes me rage sometimes. All the time. Haha.
